Hold Time
1 Hour and 50 minutes on hold? If you are going to be in business and take payment for a service shouldnt you be able to provide the service. Our inherited cox equipment if old and outdated. Internet is constantly going on and off, have done app resets, customer service resets and technician resets. 8 days now our internet has worked very sporadically and poorly. At time nothing and just shut things down. Waiting on hold so have time to share how disappointing the product and service is with Cox. Is there anyone who can help? Just want reasonable product and service. Nothing special just what we are paying for.

Agreed and im still on hold now as we speak. This is poor service. This is why so many people are canceling. Its been 1 hour so far and I still havent spoken to someone.
