Safety hazard downed drop
My drop has been pulled from the pole. I called Cox cause it is in the road posing a safety issue. I live on a main rd and it not safe to have something hanging there. It is Monday the soonest they can get out here is Thursday? You kidding me? So I had to call the non emergency line of the local police they will come out with the fire department to make sure the situation is safe. I hope they fine Cox for refusing to take care of this in a timely fashion.

A couple of years ago, I sent an email to Cox to report a low hanging line. It was fixed within an hour and a half from the time I sent the email.
Has your downed line been fixed yet?
