Second all day outage in 4 days. I can't wait for the useless customer service reply that will accomplish nothing.

Cable off 3 days now and only lies from CD. No help.

It's very frustrating dealing with the frequent outages over the past week or so and the length of time that it takes to repair the issue.

I’ve been having a consistent 1.mb upload for 2 weeks now. I’ve called 2 technicians and received a new router just to have an even lower upload speed and now packet loss. This is insane.

This is such a joke. 24 hours no internet no response no message just “its taking a little longer than expected” this i what i pay 200$ a month for? What a joke

Cox Internet is out AGAIN! Been with them for YEARS, now the passed few months the service is out more than it’s working. When I complain it magically comes back on suddenly. I think Cox will soon be out of business cause they apparently can’t compete. They are raising prices and lowering service!

Was in the middle of a competitive match. Very close to victory and internet suddenly cut out. The one time I actual try to stay up late and play. Smh. Did not receive a notification about that at all. Night is ruined.

I am trying to recover a old email I had with cox. I was able to recover the password and login here but I can not do more than that.
