Why would you guys shut internet down during peak gaming hours!?
Was in the middle of a competitive match. Very close to victory and internet suddenly cut out. The one time I actual try to stay up late and play. Smh. Did not receive a notification about that at all. Night is ruined.

I also can’t use Alexa to play white noise so now I can’t even sleep because my radiator makes too much goddamn noise and maintenance can’t fix it for some reason

Unfortunately for you, what makes late night the peak gaming hours is probably the reduced amount of network traffic by others... which also makes it the least disruptive time to perform maintenance, for the majority of Cox's customers. It could also have been unplanned.
