Upload speed
I’ve been having a consistent 1.mb upload for 2 weeks now. I’ve called 2 technicians and received a new router just to have an even lower upload speed and now packet loss. This is insane.

My issue was a bad connection in the coax cable in one of the boxes. Ask them to check that. Sometimes they have an adapter for TV and that can cause the signal to be too low or high for the house entry signal needed. Which should be close to 0.
