I am receiving multiple spam emails each day from a “consumerbest.net”. Is there any way to block messages from that domain? Each spam begins with a different name, but each is from the same domain. I have been blacklisting these individually and marking them as spam, with multiple spam emails daily

Automatic Cancellation?
I moved out of my residence in May and paid my May bill in June. I did not need service until moving into my new residence a couple days ago. It appears that my account has been canceled although I do not recall canceling anything. Does Cox cancel accounts if inactive for 2 months? Thanks

Packet loss in Gainesville Florida
Starting this week, I've increased packet loss a few times an hour. During these times, I'm not seeing DOCSIS channels resync, nor am I seeing my Arris SB8200 report any connectivity loss. This even happens overnight, and it also interferes with a Cox.com speed test when the packet loss is happening
