Terrible service

Internet i signed up for is 300 megs, and can't even stream my movies for how slow the internet is. Tried calling numerous times when i have time, but every time it's a 20 minute adventure that leads to nobody answering anyways. Customer service is impossible to reach, and my bill is wayyyy to high for the services i am receiving. all in all, cox sucks and do not recommend you to anyone after the experiences received thus far. My hotspot works better/ should've stayed with that also if its more inconvenient, at least i get what i pay for with that. You also advertise 30 dollars a month at my apartment complex, but still charge me over 70$. Stop sending me false advertisements like that, they just piss me off more.
