Worst service ever
Hello! It’s time once again for my monthly post that this is the worst service ever in every way. Outages that last for hours, apps that are pretty awful, this web forum that looks like it’s from 1997, and horrible customer service, including the reply that will come from some random customer service person that will say I’m so sorry please reach out to me and do absolutely nothing.

Agree, same issues here. I’m so sick of having my internet service interrupted……Cox definitely wants their money on time, but never reimburses for the many hours of monthly outages. This is the second time in 24 hours that the internet has gone down with an estimated time of resolution that never comes close to the timeline they give. I pay more for this crappy internet service than I did to have true fiber with AT&T at my previous address. So disappointing and frankly disgusting. I can no longer work from home because Cox internet is so unreliable. Must be nice to collect money from customers at a premium rate and not have to worry about maintaining service.
