Frequency outages

It's very frustrating dealing with the frequent outages over the past week or so and the length of time that it takes to repair the issue.

Their network appears to be falling apart. And I don't think they can fix it. There's somebody that posted here within the past few months that knows a lot about this and looked into it and basically told them what their problem is. It's a configuration problem at one of their main servers, but they refuse to listen to the guy.

I don't think this is going to get any better. I don't think this is physical network issues. It's a configuration on how they've set up in their network.
