How about fixing the outages?

Two days in a row without internet for most of the day.  Your service is expensive, your support is horrible and you should be improving the infrastructure or automatically crediting fees for outages.  AT&T here i come.

Hello there. I am sorry for the service issues you are experiencing. We strive to ensure our service remains reliable and operates properly at all times for our customer's needs. Unfortunately, an automatic adjustment is not something we can do, as not everyone is affected in a node during a declared outage. There could be 10 homes out of 150 homes in a node that are out within the outage. However, we can definitely take a look at your home and assist. Can you email us at Cox.Help@cox.com with your full name and complete address? That way we can verify everything for you.

Shaun-if you can text me automatically whenever there is outage, it seems like you have the means to figure out who gets a credit, no?  Also, today marks the fourth day in a row with an outage.

Hi, there. Although we do need you to reach out to us, we're happy to help. Additionally, outages are not posted until we've been made aware and begun to address them. As good as our detection system is, it sometimes fails and we want to assess to ensure we've not charged you.  Please email us the physical address and any other pertinent information to Cox.Help@cox.com with your name and a copy of this forum message. We're glad to look into this for you. -Chris
