WiFi equipment

I signed up for Cox service on Wednesday, December 29th, and it's now January 2nd, and I'm still waiting for my Wi-Fi equipment to arrive. They said it would take two days, but it's been about four days, and I still haven't received it.  They've already started charging me since the 29th, and I still can't use the Wi-Fi.

Also I tried to contact cox in my help bar but they didn't help me at all.
