Can't turn off Call Waiting
I can't turn off the Call Waiting Service on my Cox Voice line. The Settings switch shows that the service is turned off, but the service is on and cannot be turned off. Voice Tools Spontaneous Ring
The Voice Tools Cheatsheet shows Spontaneous Ring as available from the Voice Tools page. But going to Voice Tools >Settings does not show this feature. How do you set up or change the Spontaneous Ring option? (and also, it's another example of the poor design of Cox Web Pages.)

Cox refuses to implement protocols to prevent Spoofed Callers
They haven't complied with the full intent of stopping robocall calls with spoofed numbers. To do so they need to verify the incoming call is not a spoofed number,and stop it from ringing through.
