Spam blocker question

Does the spam blocker only work when nomorobo is activated?

It's two different features.  You can enable one, disable the other, vice versa or none.

How do I enable or change the spam blocker settings without activating the nomorobo?

I think the only choice is to either opt-in or out of Spam Blocker.  I'll have to log in my account to verify.

Log in your Cox account > navigate to Voice Tools > expand Settings > Spam Blocker > Customize.  Not much in there but it's how you do it.

It's working now I had to select the settings I wanted and refresh the page a few times for some reason.

Is there a Save button beneath your Spam Blocker settings?  I opted to allow everything and then clicked Save.

I don't see it.  Your choices eventually saved, right?

No they won't save because there is no save button.  Do I have to sign up with nomorobo to get the save button to appear?

I do know there are different types of log-in accounts with Cox.  You may have to log in with your Primary account.  If you are using your Primary account, perhaps try to log in via a computer.

I had to sign up and activate and enable the nomorobo to get the spam blocker to work and to get the save button to appear.  Is your nomorobo activated and enabled as well?
