Hello, I currently have Cox telephone service. What is the approximate time for Cox to process my request to port my phone number to a cell phone carrier? I submitted the request on 11/19/21. Also does Cox contact me during this process?

Turning OFF Nomorobo feature

I have tried to turn this feature off multiple times and it just turns itself back on. It is blocking calls from my bank everytime. I am working on some financial issues and none of the calls are let through even though the bank phone # is listed as my contact. There is no place to "save" my change

Receiving or calling my phone volume goes to near zero after a series of beeps like someone dialing.
