I received this email today. Three years ago Cox sent me a phone modem with no explanation. I put it unopened on a shelf in the basement. A year later a tech was here and worked on our phone. Callers cannot hear us
Whether we call someone on our land line or they call us, at some point they cannot hear us at all. We can hear them saying 'hello? hello? hello?' then hanging up. Calls cut off at exactly 30 minutes
Whenever my call length hits 30 minutes the call is automatically cut off. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Dropped Calls
Calls on my landline have been dropping calls for the last month. I have tried tech support with no help. Tried new phones, rebooting modem and nothing helps.
