our phone is NOT ringing.
It has an available/free tone, but does not accept any incoming calls. All incoming calls are immediately sent to voice mail and it does NOT ring at home. Why?

Arris TM3402
I have internet plus phone from Cox; I'm currently on the 150MB plan. I'd like to upgrade the internet, which requires a new modem. I don't want a combo/router unit; I have my own router setup and no reason to change it. The TM3402 modem would seem to suit the bill, but it seems to be unobtainable.

No phone with panoramic modem
Hello. I just had the panoramic WiFi modem installed. I followed the directions to plug the telephone line in. However, now I have no signal. The phone line is used solely as communication with the alarm company. Had no problem using the previous phone modem. Any idea why this is happening?

I keep receiving calls with the caller ID Cox Store Pensa (850) 898-3411. This number is an actual Cox Store in Pensacola, Florida. I live in Arizona. Is it possible to disable the voicemail stutter tone?
I have Cox Home Phone with visual voicemails forwarded to my email address as text. I love that. BUT, it leaves a stutter tone on my phones handset that is extremely load and grating to me. I'm wondering if there is a way for Cox to disable the stutter tone. I ONLY want to receive or manage my voice
