Cox email now not working on my iphone XR!

When I turned my iphone off last night I was still receiving emails but when I turned it back on today I can send emails but cannot receive them.  I went online on my laptop and emails are being received okay.  Please help!!

Hi KristinaK,

I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble with your email. The email outage that we had was cleared as of Tuesday night. Since you are still having trouble, I would recommend checking your email server settings. You can refer to this link for help with that. www.cox.com/.../email-server-settings.html .
