My remote control arrow keys, selection buttons are not working reliably. I have to continually push the keys until it finally responds to go up and down the channel selections. My model number is URC-8820-CISCO.

Not impressed Cox. Two days without e-mail! What could have happened that it takes this long to fix? Hope you provide some type of rebate for the inconvenience or are you just going to continue to raise our rates for the crappy service?
