How many days is Cox required to respond to a complaint letter regarding bad cable service? Cox gives the cust. 60 days re; bill problem--you write in but NEVER get an answer. Anybody know?????

My netgear dual band router that I rent from cox. My 5ghz wave length has barely any signal even when I'm standing in front of the router. I am constantly getting unstable connection from my phone on the 2.5ghz band. Is some thing wrong with the router? $ should I return it and get a new one?

My family is considering building a new home on undeveloped property that is just outside the current service area in Alachua County, Florida. Is it possible to find out if Cox can extend it service area to the new property and also how much it could cost?
