anyone get this message? we cannot send any emails from any of our cox accounts on our MAC. We can receive but not send - have tried everything; resetting passwords, etc. People at Cox are useless.

my contour dvr is not recording shows even though it shows them scheduled. They just never record. The red record light does not come on. I have hard booted it (unplugged power), but no change.
