I have a VPN set up on my router allowing me to connect to my home network. My home ISP is cox. My external ISP is whatever. Does Cox contour allow me to watch live TV if I VPN back into my cox provided home network

How do you find out what the data allowance is for each of the packages? You really don't make it easy to compare.
