Why can,t i get this, its on Cox home page. When i click it its take for long to download.

My wife register COX TV, Internet 6 month ago. She told me monthly fee is $90 so I agreed to use COX service. However, this month honorable COX take $101 from my BofA account. So I and my wife went cox office in Irvine. He said that low price was promotion price and the promotion expired last month.

I ended Cox services on 9/18 and was told I would receive a credit of $107 due to having already paid my bill for the month prior to disconnecting. I was just wondering how long it would take to receive this credit. I received the bill in the mail that showed the credit, but I'm guessing I'm suppose

I was never notified that I would be charged $45 for a technician to come to the house when my internet was down. Now I'm suppose to by 3 installments of $15. Isn't there a law somewhere that says they have to tell me what they will charge me for assistance? --Annoyed

I have starter internet and want to take advantage of the upgrade for $5/month offer. But the upgrade just keeps showing up as regular price. Any idea what the problem may be?

Once signed up for easy pay how long does it take to process, will the bill i just recieved but subject to it, or will I need to pay that and the next bill would be under easy pay?
