When will this channel be available on Cox?

I tried the Sync App and that only loads my cell phone contracts into my e-mail contacts and not the other way around. I can receive e-mail and sent it IF I know the address!

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Tested using Cox Hot Spots, and home wifi and AT&T residential connection. All four Cox Hot Spots had the same problem, AT&T Uverse worked fine. Seemed to start when Netflix upgraded their app for Android.
