Channels off air
Is anyone having issues with channels being off air. The only tv in the house that is having that problem is the tv that is hooked up to a box and not directly to the cable

Busy signal when calling local and other are codes
When calling certain local numbers and some other are code I get a busy signal, but if I use my cell pone I get connected .

I spoke to Cox Support today and I am quite perplexed because I may need to obtain a subpoena to get a call list for the second number dialed on a conference call. Why is Cox so late with its email about Olympics coverage? EIGHT days after the Sochi Olympics began, I received an email telling me of the channel 890-899 block of channels, and the VOD coverage of the upcoming Sochi Olympics. Speed Test - What these measurements mean... URL broken
Did the speed test. Clicked the "What these measurements mean" down arrow to open the dialog there. In the "Want to know more" section - there is a link for "Speed Check support Articles". That is broken.

Connectivity Horrible
I experience frequent dropouts. I plug/unplug on a daily basis, and often this may be several times within 90 minutes. I call Cox constantly, and either there's an outage in the area, or I'm given the old plug/unplug advice WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE numerous times before calling. It's time Cox began
