cisco 8742hdc dvr - cnf9 on screen
I have been working with this error all day. At first, the DVR recording would not fast forward and then stopped all together. I just froze. Aren't all fees suppose to be told to the customer up front?
I was never notified that I would be charged $45 for a technician to come to the house when my internet was down. Now I'm suppose to by 3 installments of $15. Isn't there a law somewhere that says they have to tell me what they will charge me for assistance? --Annoyed

All Services Out since 12am PT (AZ Time)
All services have been out for 3 hours since 12am Arizona Time. TV-Phone-HSI Phone Support has no answers as to what the issue is, could someone please look into the issue. Thanks, Bryan EDIT: All Service was restored at 3:49am

Client box cannot set up to record shows?
I have the 6 DVR and two client boxes. When I try to set up to record a series from a client box, I keep getting there was a problem, please try again in a few minutes. Is this normal? Am I going to have to set up recordings from the main dvr box? Thank you for your time.
