tv lineup channel (67)
It seems I no longer receive channel 67 which showed the daily lineup of channel offerings each day. I checked with Cox (chat) and was told I had to purchase a "box" to continue to receive channel 67 or use the on-line guide at cox.com. Others I know who live in Niceville continue to receive channel

I have an amazon Fire TV stick and Cox is not one of the service providers available for viewing some content, in full, such as History Channel and A&E. Will cox be joining the list of service providers for this content any time soon?

Multiple sign in's required to access site??
Since the addition of the ad banner on the email page..when I sign in the page acknowledges my sign in then routes me to the zip code request for services..then to the sign in page again, where I have to sign in a second time to access my account/email. Why?

Cox Secure Backup problem
I have saved folders of pictures into Cox Secure Backup. I can see the saved data when I log on to Cox with my PC using the Digi-Data app. When I log on with my iphone or android tablet the folders are showing empty. What is the problem?

Can't sign in to web mail from my iPhone 5S
When I enter my username and password to sign into webmail from my iPhone, it goes to a page titled 'intercept.cox.com'. Is there a way for me to sign into my web mail account from my iphone? It works fine from my laptops.
