I got an email telling me my data usage was out of site. Figured out the problem after a couple days. Ended up going way over the data plan during that time frame. Is Cox going to charge me a huge overage fee for this?

my contour dvr is not recording shows even though it shows them scheduled. They just never record. The red record light does not come on. I have hard booted it (unplugged power), but no change.

On 2/12 2017 strangely my internet went out on my end , I called to schedual an appointment for a service tech to come to the house to get me connected , the oppointment for 2/14 2017 , so at around 9:00 pm i get a call from a cox representative and told me he was looking at my situation on his end
