Webmail interface SLOOOOOOWWWWW to load

Found this thread on another forum post, now can't find it.  It was not resolved.  Many users stated same problem I have.  Logging into my webmail interface for my COX email accounts takes FOREVER at the authentication page.  Type in email address and password, and it takes anywhere from 20 seconds to MINUTES to get into my email box and see folders and emails.  Using CLASSIC webmail, tried switching to ENHANCED recently and it did not change the authentication time.  FRUSTRATING!  I use an Outlook client at home, it works fine, not slow to authenticate.  But from anywhere, on any PC, logging into webmail takes way too long.
