Does anyone have an idea how to fix cable card issues on a TV with Cox Cable? I was on the phone for over 90 minutes today trying to resolve this with Cox to no avail. my contour dvr is not recording shows even though it shows them scheduled. They just never record. The red record light does not come on. I have hard booted it (unplugged power), but no change.

I would like to know how come my bill has gone up in cost AGAIN! Why is the cost of this going up when the product is no better and the customer service is so bad. I am truly going to start looking for alternatives. This is getting ridiculous.
