This response from "support" is a kiss-off. The original question and subsequent answer is exactly on subject. Having "Tiffany" elect to blow off the user for a non-pertinent reason is both insulting and hopefully not indicative of the overall training provided to Cox responders. Forum: Phone Forum

The following appeared in the UT legal section. Dated 06/28/2013: "Cox Communications announces the following changes for our San Diego service area: effective on or about August 1, 2013, Cox will make the following changes to certain one-time installation charges. All Services Out since 12am PT (AZ Time)

All services have been out for 3 hours since 12am Arizona Time. TV-Phone-HSI Phone Support has no answers as to what the issue is, could someone please look into the issue. Thanks, Bryan EDIT: All Service was restored at 3:49am

Putting account on vacation!

I've heard from a few people that there's a way to put my account on "vacation" for a couple of months while I don't need the services. Is that really possible? If so, how do I go about doing so and is there an upfront fee? I'd like all details about this topic please, leave nothing out! :)

As a customer I have this same question. Cox is getting a new customer and then hitting them with a BS fee. Connection dropping on a regular basis daily....HELP

Since the network upgrade my connections drops multiple times a day, hard to work with this issue happening multiple times throughout the day, whats up Cox?

Lots of packet loss, on TV

We need to get a bucket truck outside ASAP, am tired of this mess on TV, I have had about 20 techs come in, and it's still doing it to this day. Can I please get some help?? -Rob
