Did the speed test. Clicked the "What these measurements mean" down arrow to open the dialog there. In the "Want to know more" section - there is a link for "Speed Check support Articles". That is broken.

Its getting kind of tiresome that Cox's forum keeps going down for 10-15min about 4-5 times a week. I have made several posts with data, and I was told it was being escalated. What has been the outcome of those escalations? Its sloppy code, plain and simple. Who did the design work?

Hi! I am a new customer. My internet disrupt less than every 5 minutes and I have to unplug the modem to get it back. The lights on the modem just turn off except the first one, the power. What is the problem? How do I solve it? Thank you very much! P. W.
