what is the proper way to set-up internet connection using the ethernet port on the back of the cable box.

I recently downgraded our cox subscription to only the internet essential package. Will i still be able to stream the big 10 2 go with only internet?

I have an amazon Fire TV stick and Cox is not one of the service providers available for viewing some content, in full, such as History Channel and A&E. Will cox be joining the list of service providers for this content any time soon?

My wife watched Survivor all season. The final show on 5/13 was 2 hours long and only the first hour recorded. Any idea why? My daughter schedules the same thing on Verizon and got all 2 hours. We have 2 DVRs, not the whole house one.
