Why as getting very old

I have the 6 DVR and two client boxes. When I try to set up to record a series from a client box, I keep getting there was a problem, please try again in a few minutes. Is this normal? Am I going to have to set up recordings from the main dvr box? Thank you for your time.

When I login with Gmail, I get a request screen for a user name and password in order to proceed. A save Option is available on the pop-up but it does not work. Is Cox PC Health Check not compatible with Windows 7? Installation requires WSC 3 runtime which is incompatible. What to do?
