Hi, we just recently upgraded to the SurfBoard 6183 DOCSIS 3.0 modem from a previous version and are still only getting 1/3 (~30 Mbps) of our Premier package speeds.

When I login with Gmail, I get a request screen for a user name and password in order to proceed. A save Option is available on the pop-up but it does not work. I do not want to have to enter the user name nad password each time I want to access my mail. Please advise. Thank you. Michelle and Jan "R

Is anyone else having issues with certain channels not coming in through their DVR. I can't get any 200 or 300 channels. Called Cox - of course it was going to be my fault - crimped cable, etc - I have two DVR's and it's happening on both.

When calling certain local numbers and some other are code I get a busy signal, but if I use my cell pone I get connected .

I have tried to move email from the inbox to my incoming file and have not been able to do so. How do I accomplish that?
