Everytime I I try to load this app on my android it says wait while loading guide for at least 20mins and then when that message goes away I just get a white screen with no guide.

I have recordings scheduled, the guide shows them as being recorded but when I look at the Recorded Programs list the shows are not there. I have tried switching users and searching but no luck. Any suggestions?
