Call forwarding for my Cox phone number using Cox Mobile Connect App

POP server address rejected
The settings for my email address pop.east.cox.net are not working. I put in pop.cox.net, and its still not working. What are the new pop settings? The email is not working in outlook, or on any mobile device.

Why does internet go off?
Once more my internet service stopped working this morning. ( about 11:15 am) . After about 15 minutes it mysteriously came back on. Contour Now Working Correctly... Finally!
I've had Cox Contour for several months now. Up until a few weeks ago I constantly had to reboot the box almost daily. The guide would operate very slowly, or else freeze up entirely. Is contour live tv supported through a VPN
I have a VPN set up on my router allowing me to connect to my home network. My home ISP is cox. My external ISP is whatever. Does Cox contour allow me to watch live TV if I VPN back into my cox provided home network
