I love when a person comes on to express their unhappiness with the tiers offered and a moderator jumps in and locks the thread instead of even empathizing.

If you're unhappy with packages offered then you get referred to a "private" channel, ie phone or private cox email addresses so the unhappiness with services can be buried quietly. There isn't a venue for people to express their dissatisfaction publicly ON Cox, if you try you get shut down.

So, you guys that are unhappy and use Facebook and such, think it's time to make more noise on public social sites about the huge stupid gap between 5/1 and 50/5 packages cox offers. Go for it.
