Cox,

Good afternoon and my apologies for my family's over use of our internet 400gb data allowance...  I've talked to my family members and discovered that the issue is video and movie streaming on multiple devices.  I have since (as of today) put in-place controls to limit and stop this practice.

My concern is, that as today is on the 18th of the month and have another 11 days to go until the data usage is reset, I am going to still unfortunately use data due to web browsing, internet calling, and still have internet bills and transactions due before Sept. 29 to settle, etc...  

Will my COX internet service be disconnected because of this? Please tell me this will not occur...  I will pay a penalty on this billing cycle to avoid this if that is what is required.

Please advise.
