I am horrified at the poor quality of the Internet connection I have experienced with COX here in Phoenix AZ. Seldom does a Youtube or Vimeo video load quickly or smoothly. Frequently I have to reboot the modem to get things up and running smoothly. Does any have a recommendation to another Internet

This is the second day this week that Internet and email is down in this area (north central Florida). Almost the entire day before. Why can't this get fixed the first time? You can't get through on the phone or online tech support.

Besides disconnecting the old modem and connecting the new modem, what else do I need to do?
