Hello, Why do I see phone & internet on my online bill when I haven`t had a phone for 2 years ?

Hi! I am a new customer. My internet disrupt less than every 5 minutes and I have to unplug the modem to get it back. The lights on the modem just turn off except the first one, the power. What is the problem? How do I solve it? Thank you very much! P. W.

As a customer I have this same question. Cox is getting a new customer and then hitting them with a BS fee.
