How do I get rid of the annoying zip code pop up that appears every time I log-in to check my email?

When I sign in to my email and enter my password, I press enter and get to my email. Now, after I enter my password and press enter, the bar becomes blank and the only way I can get to my email is by clicking "Web Mail". Does anyone know why? Thanks!
