I have checked the box asking for email replies and I do not get them. I have to come into the Internet Forum to see the replies I have gotten.

Its getting kind of tiresome that Cox's forum keeps going down for 10-15min about 4-5 times a week. I have made several posts with data, and I was told it was being escalated. What has been the outcome of those escalations? Its sloppy code, plain and simple. Who did the design work?
