Cox web servers now screwed up as well as email

As many have noted in posts to this forum, Cox has had a major email server problem in the Southern California/Arizona area for nearly two months.  Now it looks like the problems have spread to the web servers.  It took me nearly five minutes to log on to this forum today and the Ask Cox Care link on Facebook doesn't work.  Looks like Cox can't handle traffic in the AM busy time.

After communicating with Tech Support for three days regarding my email problem I received this email today

The only problem with this email is that my email still doesn't work early in the morning or in the evening!!!
