As a customer I have this same question. Cox is getting a new customer and then hitting them with a BS fee. Forum down...again
Its getting kind of tiresome that Cox's forum keeps going down for 10-15min about 4-5 times a week. I have made several posts with data, and I was told it was being escalated. What has been the outcome of those escalations? Its sloppy code, plain and simple. Who did the design work?

cox.net as home page
have had cox for 2months now. I was using cox.net as my home page and last week I could no longer get there and all that popped up is a msg saying the web site was down and Cox was working to fix. After a few days I went to the Cox store and the web site is working fine.just not on mu computer. i us

Multiple sign in's required to access site??
Since the addition of the ad banner on the email page..when I sign in the page acknowledges my sign in then routes me to the zip code request for services..then to the sign in page again, where I have to sign in a second time to access my account/email. Why?

Download Speed
For the last 5 days my Download Speed has been really slow 2-6 mbs normally its 20+ just wondering if anyone else in LV area is having the same problems. Tried restarting modem no change.
