Videos freezing. never had this problem. temporary?

It's been 4 to 6 months since I asked this question: When will Cox be a choice on the HGTV app for the smartphone? It's been too long Cox!

Yesterday a Windows 10 update was pushed through and my computer is hosed. I can't open outlook 2010, I can't get email on my phone but I can get it through Cox webmail. When I try to open outlook it says installing and then stops looking for Office single image. Help Please!!
