As a customer I have this same question. Cox is getting a new customer and then hitting them with a BS fee. Its getting kind of tiresome that Cox's forum keeps going down for 10-15min about 4-5 times a week. I have made several posts with data, and I was told it was being escalated. What has been the outcome of those escalations? Its sloppy code, plain and simple. Who did the design work?

When I login to my email account via WebMail, I am unable to access any pages other than the first page. How can I overcome that? RJS

Since the addition of the ad banner on the email page..when I sign in the page acknowledges my sign in then routes me to the zip code request for services..then to the sign in page again, where I have to sign in a second time to access my account/email. Why?

For the last 5 days my Download Speed has been really slow 2-6 mbs normally its 20+ just wondering if anyone else in LV area is having the same problems. Tried restarting modem no change.
