My cox emails are being archived every time I open my Outlook. How do I retrieve one (or more) and can I make this action stop? Thank you!

Closed Captions have disappeared from USA channel's "Suits". WGN channel's "Manhattan" never has had them. Otherwise closed captions work fine. I sent this question to Cox Cable over a week ago but so far no response. Anyone have the same problem? or a solution?

Attempting to upload files to a folder on the Cloud Drive. When I click on the "Upload Files" button, the UPLOAD FILES Dialogue Box Appears, but instead of getting a "Select Files" button I get an error message that just says "Error 2046". What gives? Thanks! Tucson Jim
