can someone help trying to change password from my internet router ubbe

ChrisL, do y'all have a newer firmware than 9.1.93N for the 6190? There's a 9.1.93V floating around supposedly. Your tier 2 folks dont see it available but Ive read on forums that it's available for Cox. Fwiw, 6190 is dog poo modem.

Was trying to record a tv show today and It wouldnt allow me to record, so I restarted the box and now it wont fully boot up. It stuck at "We;re loading the interactive program guide" its been there for a while and on the box it say CNF9. I left it there for 30mins and the box just turns off after.

Internet speed was recently upgraded in my market. I do currently get the advertised speed. The bonding channels on my modem are currently 1 up 3 down, my modem is capable if 4*8. Is that normal?
