TV Service Unavailable??

As of this past Sunday, my account page along with my Cox app show TV SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. Has shown connected prior without fail. I have rebooted both my Contour boxes and have not changed any configuration on my my end. I have service so I am wondering why for the past 48 hours I see this?? Thank

Cisco DPQ3212 Rental Fees?

I had a technician come out in April and change out my modem. He told me that if I used my own router that I could avoid the $6.99 per month rental fee, so he put the Cisco DPQ3212 and I connected my own Netgear router. Cox Residential Internet Data Caps all have same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap (except Gig if available)

Why does Cox Starter, Essential, Preferred, Premier, and Ultimate have the same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap?
