Getting interrupted internet connection lately
Even since the Christmas week, the internet is becoming so bad for me. Contour 2 vs. Contour 1 (Record 6 DVR)
Has anyone compared the 2 dvr's? I understand the differences in features ( 1 has Caller ID ; 2 does not) but i wanted to know about reliability. My Contour 1 has lots of quirks. It needs to be rebooted every 2-3 weeks. Cox Phone Support has done the reboot and has downloaded software updates. That

SB 6121 modem use.
I use a SB6121 modem on my Residential Account, and it works fine, Why is it not allowed on a Small Business Account, ( a Church Office ), it will not be used any way near what I use on my Residential Account, Just trying to keep operating expenses down. ? Thank You for Your Time in advance.
