NBC sports extra App doesnt list Cox as a service provider

I don't know if its only me or not, but this morning when I tried to watch EPL game on the NBC sports live extra doesn't list Cox as one of the providers anymore. I was using it just fine for a few months to watch EPL games. What is the deal with this, all other major providers offer NBC Sports live

Location: Tucson, AZ Cox has attempted rate increases twice in the last 12 months. Then Saturday 7/1/2017 I received a letter in the mail with LESS THAN ONE WEEKS NOTICE that there is now a 1TB data cap and overage fees.
