SLOOOOW Inet Speed
Ran rgw I-Net speed test and I am getting about 5 Mbps Download and about 18 Mbps upload-- That's horrible and results in a lot of buffering Reset the modem but same result- Using a Linksys EA7500 router Download speed test from router are even worse

New Encore HD channels do not follow the SD numbering sequence
FYI for Cox Arizona. The New Encore HD channels do not follow the SD numbering sequence as the rest of the channel line-up does. 368 - Encore Suspense SD - Movie Pak 370 - Encore Classic SD - Movie Pak 1365 - Encore Suspense HD - Movie Pak, Contour HD 1366 - Encore Classic HD - Movie Pak, Contour HD

Tuning adapter will not stop blinking yellow.
I have been fighting this for over a week with no success. Tech out three times and hours on the phone with Cox. Three cable cards and on the sixth tuning adapter and still watching the light blink. Hooked to Tivo four channel tuner. Any ideas?

Clear chart of service tiers, data rate and cap information, and pricing
I know there must be an explicit corporate policy to play hide the ball when it comes to pricing, because everyone does this, but can you please provide a clear chart that has the REGULAR PRICE of each service, the up and down speeds that are guaranteed, and the data caps.
