Is the ability to create a: Virtual Desktop Drive which looks like a file folder and allows easy drag-and-drop backupOnly a Windows feature? Manchester CT - Saturday cable and DVR problems EVERY SATURDAY!

on demand missing episodes
Can someone please make sure all of the on demand episodes are made avaiable. This is aggrevating and happens too often, for every single channel. Way too many programming errors with on demand. Random episodes are always missing for every show on every channel. Current example: Fox- Red Band Societ

SBG6580 router modem constantly dropping connections
For awhile now - maybe a couple of months - the SBG6580 router has been dropping signals on wireless devices. I wonder if it's related to firmware. Either I now have an update by cox that made it worse, or it needs an update to fix it. I can almost always fix it by unplugging and plugging back in, b
