Channel 7 (WKCF) in Ocala, FL
Channel 7 freezes on all of my TV sets, which are analog and are connected to the cable without boxes.

Closed Caption problem
Closed Captions have disappeared from USA channel's "Suits". WGN channel's "Manhattan" never has had them. Otherwise closed captions work fine. I sent this question to Cox Cable over a week ago but so far no response. Anyone have the same problem? or a solution?

FL - Ft Walton Beach - Two channels of the same thing?
Guys, why are 2 and 6 the same thing? Do we really need two copies of "glimpse tv"? How's about putting WMBB on there. I bet if I bought a VHF antenna, I can pick them up just fine. Used to pick up their analog signal out here. Is there a reason why we have 2 and 6 being the same thing? Also, would

Microsoft Outlook
Why is it that Cox can never, either 1) open Outlook or 2) if I am on it will disconnect. A great percentage of the time when I log on the response is: "cannot connect to the server".
