Cox Secure Online Backup won't launch
Every time I launch CSOB I receive the error; "Secure Online Backup for Windows was either not installed properly or some unexpected error occured while launching, please try relaunching. tv signal cutting in and out
tv has been cutting in and out all day, picture flashes and skips consistently and sound cuts in and out as well. Faint repetitive 'helicopter'-like sound. motorola cable box has been rebooted and all cables have been checked for tightness.

If this is not a cox representative someone is harassing me. It is not a rant and I posted it twice and no cox cable person ever responded so I started my own thread about it.
