DVR box
I'm trying to go to the guide on my on my tv using my controller but the box (and/or tv) aren't picking up me pressing the button on the controller. The controller works because I can still turn the tv off and adjust the volume on the tv, andI checked to make sure everything was plugged into the box

I get an error when I try to manage my email addresses.
I get a HTTP 500 error when I try to manage my email addresses. I am trying to find out why I can not use any mail client on multiple computer systems at multiple locations include my home. Download Speed
For the last 5 days my Download Speed has been really slow 2-6 mbs normally its 20+ just wondering if anyone else in LV area is having the same problems. Tried restarting modem no change.

Working on fixing the mess you made out of email
I am not Reporting ABUSE!!!! I just joined forum to complain about latest COX email updates. Terrible! But I cannot enter a reply nor a concern. It only allows entering 'abuse'. Insane incompetence. A pet concern - I can't open an email nor compose one in a 'new tab'. I rely on this ability. Extreme

what happened to Bravo Hd on freezone on demand?
can anyone tell me where bravo hd went from my freezone on demand? The only thing I can find is non hd bravo in primetime. Has antbody else had this happen or do I need to call cox ?

Cox Secure Backup problem
I have saved folders of pictures into Cox Secure Backup. I can see the saved data when I log on to Cox with my PC using the Digi-Data app. When I log on with my iphone or android tablet the folders are showing empty. What is the problem?
