I have had cox cable for 4 years now! Let me say that it is the worst service I have ever had! I have the Advanced TV service and for 4 years the same show reruns are played over and over! ya'll ***! I was planning on watching Law & Order tonight, according to the listings on the cable box this show was supposed to be on at 9 pm Phoenix time. NO it was not it was on at 8 pm how is this going to be fixed?

I just received a Smart Phone (HUAWEI H868C) using Tracfone as my carrier. I am trying to set up my Cox email account on my phone. It can't connect and was asking if the Cox email is POP3 or IMAP and the ports necessary.Please assist.Terrie
