Information regarding separate account/bill/etc

I have roommates who currently use Cox services, and for more than one reason, I would like to set up a separate account with a separate bill.

Both the coax cable in my vicinity and modem have been used just recently for Cox Internet, so presumably, all that would have to be done is simply set up a separate account & bill, and activate the modem?
