phone call history
when i check phone history i can only get incoming call history i tried clicking all call and outgoing still only get incoming anyone else have that problem i need outgoing history for last two weeks and i'm sure when they fix it it will start working but won't be able to retrieve what i need and wh

Why was I sent an e-mail regarding paying a bill when I am already signed up for Easy Pay?
How long does it take for Easy Pay to take effect? I looked and it shows I owe nothing and nothing was deducted from my bank account. Bye the way am I the only one who finds the entire Cox website difficult to use?
