Connection Issues

The last 2-3 days I've had really bad connection issues. I'm unable to run a online game, and use a second program(Chrome/Skype so on) without the game disconnecting, this also works with chrome and another page at the same time. I've done the basic resets. checked wires, switched wires, my phone also has a "WiFi is Unstable" notification.
