FILE REPORTS WITH THE FCC
COX WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO THE FCC. WE AS CONSUMERS NEED TO FILE COMPLAINTS. I FILED MINE TONIGHT.
THIS IS NOT ONLY AFFECTING OUR EMAILS, IT'S AFFECTING THE SERVICE WE PAY COX FOR. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU HAD TO RECOVER A WEBPAGE? TRUST ME THIS IS MUCH MORE THAN COX WANTS TO LET US KNOW.
FORGET THE LOUSY $5.00 CREDIT THEY GAVE US LAST TIME !!. I WANT A MONTH OR MORE FULL BILL CREDIT. BUT MAINLY, I WANT MY SERVICE.
