My cox email address will not appear in the gmail account box. I can only access it by going to cox.net and trying to reach it from there. It used to appear in the general mailbox, but it no longer does., Any ideas?

The providers want to make it *** near impossible to downgrade services. They will gladly "upgrade" (= more $) your "service", even if it already screws

Just checked and Harmony remotes now have the Cox Minibox in their database. It's listed as an "Evolution DMS2344UHDS". Added it as a device on my Harmony 650 and all functions work as they should. If you have a Harmony remote, you can get rid of the awful remote that comes with the Minibox

is anyone having problems with viewing the bills our cable tv and internet should have been available online yesterday, but it has not been posted.

Cox Classic email is so old fashioned looking & is not user friendly I like the sleek layout/format of the enhanced email. I have two email accounts ~ on one of them I can (occasionally) access my email thru enhanced email on the other account the only option is Classic which offers no options likes

Why would my e-mail inbox all of a sudden go from 45 e-mails that I saved to empty box? All of my emails disappeared and no I did not mark them for deletion.
