Autopay

Beware of auto pay.  It cannot be changed once charged.  I had a credit of $64 on my account and it did not reduce my autopay, even when the representative told me it would.  Good thing I had money in the bank to cover it.  I called the representative three weeks before my autopay was due so there was plenty of time to adjust the autopay.  After the credit didn't go through, another representative told me that autopay cannot be adjusted once billed.  I took myself off of autopay so that I know what I am paying in the future.
