DVR not picking up channels

So I have had my DVR service for about a year now. About a month ago, the DVR stopped receiving any of the cable channels what-so-ever. The digital cable guide comes up with a block listings of "No Data", and the channels themselves display the message "Channel Temporarily Unavailable". This goes for local and premium channels (I am running the advanced TV service). We have attempted multiple times to reset the box both through hard reboots and through the remote online reset service page. Neither method has yielded any results. Has anyone experienced this before and do they happen to have a solution to the problem? I do not like to have to pay for a service I am not receiving.
